We do not collect or store any card or banking information. Bank transfer details are entered directly into your own bank app — never on our website.

3. WhatsApp notifications

Only Farmlands staff who fulfil your order can access your contact and delivery details. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes.
We use the following service providers strictly to operate the website and deliver your order: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), and Meta WhatsApp Cloud API (order updates). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy commitments.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies to remember your shopping cart and to measure anonymous traffic via Google Analytics and Meta Pixel. You can block these in your browser settings — your cart will still work, but we won't see your visit in our analytics.
