We hand-deliver fresh dairy across Lahore. Here's what to expect.
1. Delivery areas
We currently deliver throughout Lahore. Available areas are shown in the delivery dropdown at checkout. If your area isn't listed, WhatsApp us — we may be able to add it.
2. Delivery charges
Delivery charges (if any) are shown clearly at checkout for your selected area. Free delivery promotions are mentioned on the home page and in the promo banner when active.
3. Order cut-off and timing
- Orders placed by 9:00 PM with payment confirmed are usually delivered the next morning.
- Orders placed after the cut-off, or with bank-transfer payment pending, may be delivered the morning after.
- For Cash on Delivery, orders are dispatched in the next available slot.
- We'll WhatsApp you when the order is dispatched and again when our rider is approaching.
4. Cold-chain & packaging
Dairy is delivered in insulated bags or boxes to keep it fresh. Please refrigerate immediately upon receipt. We're not responsible for spoilage caused by delayed refrigeration after delivery.
5. Receiving your order
- Please be available at the address and phone number you provided.
- If our rider can't reach you, we'll WhatsApp and call. If there's no response after 15 minutes, the order returns to us and you'll need to re-order.
- For COD, please have exact change ready. Our rider may not carry large amounts of change.
6. Delivery delays
Severe weather, traffic, or unforeseen events may delay delivery. We'll keep you updated via WhatsApp. If we can't deliver the same day for any reason, we'll either deliver the next morning or refund — your choice.
7. Substitutions
If something you ordered is unexpectedly out of stock between placing your order and dispatch, we'll WhatsApp you with options: substitute, partial refund, or wait for restock.
8. International / outside Lahore
We don't currently ship outside Lahore. Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when we expand.
