1. About us
Farmlands is a Lahore-based dairy delivering fresh, organic dairy products to homes across Lahore. These Terms apply to all orders placed through farmlandspk.com.
2. Ordering
- You must provide accurate name, phone number, and address.
- You confirm you are at least 18 years old, or have a guardian's permission to place an order.
- Once an order is placed, we'll send a confirmation via WhatsApp and email. Your order is binding only after we confirm it.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example, if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or we suspect fraud.
3. Pricing
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and inclusive of any applicable taxes. Prices may change at any time, but the price you paid at checkout is final for that order.
4. Payment
We accept two payment methods:
- Bank Transfer — to the account shown on your order confirmation page. Please send a screenshot of your transfer to our WhatsApp so we can verify and dispatch.
- Cash on Delivery — pay our rider in cash on delivery. Please have exact change ready.
5. Delivery
We currently deliver within Lahore. Delivery is typically the morning after your order is placed and payment confirmed (for bank transfers), or the next available slot (for COD).
Risk and title in the goods pass to you on delivery. Please inspect items on receipt — see our Refund Policy if anything isn't right.
6. Product quality and freshness
Our dairy is fresh and unprocessed. It must be refrigerated immediately on delivery and consumed within the suggested use-by period printed or stated by us. We are not responsible for spoilage caused by improper storage after delivery.
7. Your conduct
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful or harmful purpose, attempt to interfere with our systems, or place fraudulent orders.
8. Intellectual property
The Farmlands name, logo, and all content on farmlandspk.com belong to us. You may not reproduce or use them without our written permission.
9. Liability
We do our best to deliver fresh, safe products. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Lahore.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
