Fresh dairy is perishable, which makes refund policy tricky. Here's our promise: if anything is wrong with your order, we'll make it right — fast.
1. When you can request a refund or replacement
- Damaged on arrival — bottle leaked, packaging torn, seal broken.
- Wrong item delivered — you received something different from what you ordered.
- Quality issue— taste, smell, or texture is off (we taste-test every batch but we're not perfect).
- Missing item— something on your order didn't arrive.
2. How to request

- Your order number (e.g. F0042)
- A short description of the issue
- A photo of the affected product (helps us understand quickly)
3. What happens next
We respond within a few hours, usually the same day. You can choose:
- A replacement with your next order at no extra cost — the simplest option for most issues.
- A full refund of the affected item via the same method you paid (bank transfer back, or deducted from your next COD order).
- Store credit for future orders if you prefer.
4. When we can't refund
- More than 24 hours have passed since delivery (because spoilage after that point is not something we can verify).
- The product was stored incorrectly after delivery (not refrigerated, left out for hours, etc.).
- You changed your mind after delivery — we can't restock dairy.
5. Order cancellation
You can cancel an order any time before dispatch— just WhatsApp us. Once a rider is on the way, we can't recall the order, but we'll happily refund or replace on arrival if you change your mind.
6. Refund timing
- Bank transfer refunds: 2–5 business days after we confirm.
- COD refunds: deducted from your next order, or paid in cash on the next delivery if you prefer.
- Store credit: applied to your account immediately.
